In a traditional family business in Southern Japan, selected Japanese rice varieties are blended and ground into high-quality rice flours. Due to the special processing of the rice grains, our unique KOMEKO flours are developed, which make gluten-free baked goods extraordinary.


KOMEKO is made of 100% rice and contains no traces of gluten. Nevertheless, it features a specific stickiness, which gives the premium rice flour high baking quality. Further, KOMEKO can be handled easily without using additional flours, starch or other additives. 


Already available in Japan, the Japanese premium rice flour enriches the world of gluten-free baking. Now Europe shall also experience its uniqueness.
